WE'RE GOING LIVE!

Here at No Party, No Disco! we are firm believers in championing local artists and providing them with the platform they deserve. So that's exactly what we’re doing. On the 21st November we’re hosting our very first NP, ND! Showing off… at Jimmy’s Liverpool.

Fresh off the back of their magnificent 2021 EP Hello, Cruel World, Theo Defeatist will bring the energy as they kick off the night with a bang with their usual brilliance. Bright vocals and indisputably dance-worthy melodies juxtaposing brash gritty post-punk and dark acoustic moments will make this a set you don’t want to miss.

The Purple Hat Mob follow and are a legitimately mystifying experience. Truly incomparable, this Preston-based outfit defy genre at every turn. Alt-Rock? Psychedelic Rock? Trip-Hop? All are applicable, yet none do the the full scope justice. With their most recent single being released at the start of the year, the boys will be ready to put on a performance to remember.

Headlining our inaugural event are SHARDS. This Scouse Dream Pop four-piece bring sparkling upbeat songs and joyous grooves that dare you not to move. Last year’s single 2020 (I Want To Go Home) dazzled with a fuzzy nostalgic warmth in tandem with shoegaze-esque intrigue. SHARDS have continued to impress since their first single in 2018 and have only grown from strength to strength.
