Sound City Festival celebrate their 15th anniversary with a huge birthday bash in Liverpool!

Our favourite independent music festival is back this May bank holiday, right in the heart of Liverpool. Sound City returns with a huge line-up to celebrate their 15th anniversary, which we cannot wait for, having been in attendance for their 10th anniversary, we know that Sound City excel in putting on an incredible birthday bash.
Topping the bill on Day 1 of the festival are Wigan indie legends The Lathums, hot off the release of their number 1 debut album How Beautiful Life Can Be in September last year, festival goers will be in for a treat come Saturday night when they take to the stage. Joining the lads on Saturday are our own homegrown rockstars, CRAWLERS, this won't be the first time they have took to the main stage at Sound City, but if their last tour is anything to go by, the crowd will be even bigger and more energetic, if that's at all possible considering how big the crowd was at their set last October!
Day 2 brings us another headline act in the form of SELF ESTEEM, Sheffield's very own pop royalty. Fresh from her tour of the UK in March, fans and festival goers are guaranteed an incredible performance when she takes to the main stage, full of incredible dancers and pop ballads alike. Festival favourite BABY QUEEN returns to the main stage again for a show you do not want to miss, if her set last year is anything to go by, she will only be getting bigger and better.
Day splits have not been announced yet for the festival, however some favourite of ours over the weekend include TikTok sensation Abby Roberts, local lads Bright Town, the captivating Torture And The Desert Spiders, Manchester's leading lady Phoebe Green, hometown heroes Bandit, indie dreamboats Sad Boys Club, our favourite dream-pop queen Mollie Coddled and the always amazing King No-One.
Tickets for the 15th anniversary of Sound City are still available here and you can check out our playlist for the weekend below. We can't wait to see you all there!
